We are actually thankful for the large corporations that have brought specialty coffee to the masses and have raised the standard. But we are part of the third wave that takes it to a whole new level. The third wave prizes the talents of excellent farmers, the highly-trained and experienced roasters, and the craftspersons creating your beverage.
